Additional days: $20 per day
The $500 short-term rental includes delivery, a three-day rental period, pickup and disposal of approved material weighing up to five tons. The five-ton maximum applies to each pickup.

Long-Term Dumpster Rental
Need an 18-yard dumpster for an active jobsite, extended renovation or recurring cleanup?
$3,400 Upfront • 4 Months • 6 Total Hauls Included • Up to 5 Tons Per Haul • $500 Per Additional Haul
The six included hauls may be used whenever the project needs them during the four-month term. They are not limited to one per month.
A haul may be:
- Pickup, disposal and return of the dumpster
- Final pickup and removal of the dumpster
The final pickup/removal counts as one of the six total included hauls. For example, five hauls may empty and return the dumpster, with the sixth used for final removal.
Every included or additional haul has a maximum of five tons.
Any haul beyond the six included hauls is $500, with up to five tons per haul.
If continued service is needed after the original four-month term, call or text Builder Ready to arrange it.

The standard dumpster may be used for approved general debris such as:

Hauling Concrete, Dirt or Rock?
Concrete, dirt, soil, rock, brick, masonry, excavation spoils and similar dense materials are handled through Builder Ready's dedicated Heavy-Material Haul-Off service rather than the standard dumpster.
These materials are not being classified as prohibited waste. They simply require the proper hauling equipment and disposal route.
Materials Not Allowed
Do not place these materials in the standard dumpster:
- Hazardous chemicals
- Paint or liquids
- Fuel or automotive fluids
- Batteries
- Tires
- Propane tanks or compressed-gas cylinders
- Refrigerant-containing appliances
- Asbestos
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Other regulated hazardous waste

- We deliver the dumpster.
- You load approved material. Each pickup is limited to five tons.
- We pick it up and dispose of the material.
- For long-term rentals, the dumpster is returned after each included or additional haul.
