Understanding Your Truckload
1 Full Tri-Axle Dump Truck — approximately 15–16 loose cubic yards. Each truck is filled with three full passes from a commercial front-end loader, using a bucket rated at approximately 5 cubic yards of heaped capacity.
Because this is a natural material loaded mechanically, final volume can vary slightly with moisture, density, and settling — that's normal, not a shortage.

Delivery Area
We deliver locally throughout our approved Greater Austin service area, including North Metro/Williamson County, the East Austin growth corridor, South Metro/Hays County, and the West Austin/Hill Country corridor. Site and Clearance Requirements
Our trucks need at least 14 ft of vertical clearance, 10 ft of horizontal clearance, and a firm, level, legally authorized drop area clear of low utility lines, branches, and other obstructions. Drivers can't unload in deep mud, under low lines, on unsafe slopes, or anywhere that would block traffic, drainage, utilities, or public access. Final placement is at the driver's discretion.

How much material do I get with one order?

Do you deliver partial truckloads?
No. Each order is one complete tri-axle truckload of the material selected.
How is my truckload volume different for each material?
Both Sandy Loam Topsoil and 75/25 Topsoil Mix deliver approximately 15–16 loose cubic yards per truckload. Actual volume can vary slightly with moisture, density, and settling — that's normal for natural bulk material.
How do I know if my address is eligible for delivery?
Enter your address at checkout — the system will confirm whether it's within our approved Greater Austin delivery area. If it's approved, you're good to go.
What if my address is outside the delivery area?
Call or text us at 737-867-9281. We're often still able to work out a custom flat-rate quote.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are processed the same business day and typically delivered within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, subject to weather and safe site access.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — cancel anytime before the truck is loaded for a full refund. Once the truck is loaded, the order is final except in the case of an error on our part. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
What if the material looks different from the photos?
Bulk material is natural, so color, moisture, texture, and clod size can vary a bit load to load. Normal variation isn't a defect and isn't grounds for a refund on its own.
What does my property need for a safe delivery?
At least 14 ft of vertical clearance, 10 ft of horizontal clearance, and a firm, level, legally authorized drop area free of overhead obstructions. Our driver makes the final safety call on-site.
