Builder Ready handles rough grading, final grading, driveway prep, drainage support, trenching, excavation, and material spreading for new construction, private property, and active jobsites. We work on residential lots, builder communities, and commercial sites throughout the area.
Land Clearing & Brush Removal
We clear lots of all sizes — trees, cedar, brush, heavy vegetation, and overgrowth — and prepare the site for grading, construction, or development. Land clearing is typically the first step before any dirt work or building begins, and we coordinate both when needed.
Demolition & Site Cleanup
Builder Ready handles sheds, decks, fences, small structures, full demolition projects and concrete slabs—including breakup, loading and haul-off. We leave the site clean and ready for what comes next. If grading or clearing is needed afterward, we handle that too.
Cleanup, Dumpster Rental & Haul-Off
Junk Removal & Property Cleanup
Builder Ready supplies the labor and equipment. We load and haul household junk, jobsite trash, garage-cleanout material, old furniture, appliances, and general property debris. No dumpster needed — we do the loading and take it away in one visit.
18-Yard Dumpster Rental
Builder Ready delivers an 18-yard dumpster to your location, you load it at your own pace, and we handle pickup and disposal of approved non-hazardous material.
Short-Term: $500 flat — 3 days, up to 5 tons included. Additional days $20/day.
Long-Term: $3,400 upfront — 4 months, 6 total hauls included, up to 5 tons per haul. Final pickup/removal counts as one of the 6 included hauls. Additional hauls are $500 each.
Dirt, Concrete, Rock & Heavy-Material Haul-Off
Builder Ready hauls dirt, soil, concrete, rock, brick, masonry, and excavation spoils using 18-ton tri-axle capability. These dense materials require dedicated equipment and disposal routes — they are not loaded into the standard dumpster.

Full-Service Load & Haul: Typically $425–$1,200+, depending on material volume and access.
