Builder Ready Dirt Work & Trash Hauling delivers bulk material by full tri-axle truckload throughout Greater Austin, Texas and surrounding metro communities. Material and load details are listed on each product page.

Order Confirmation Process

Processing begins immediately after checkout. We'll contact you shortly after by phone, text, or email to confirm the material ordered, delivery address, dump location, and schedule as part of our same-business-day processing.

Cancellations Before Loading

Cancel for a full refund anytime before the truck is loaded. Call or text 737-867-9281 as soon as possible.

Orders After Loading

Once loading begins, the order can't be canceled for a change of mind. This doesn't stop you from contacting us about a legitimate concern with the material, quantity, loading, placement, or delivery.

Full Tri-Axle Dump Truck / Loose Cubic Yard Volume

1 Full Tri-Axle Dump Truck — approximately 15–16 loose cubic yards. Each truck is filled with three full passes from a commercial front-end loader, using a bucket rated at approximately 5 cubic yards of heaped capacity. Exact yardage can vary slightly by material — see the product page for the specific approximate volume of what you're ordering.

Customer Concerns

Contact us as soon as possible if you believe there's a problem with your order. Please hold off on spreading, mixing, relocating, or using the material until we've had a chance to review it — we may ask for photos or delivery details to help.

When the error is on our part, we'll make it right. Depending on the situation, that could mean correcting or completing the delivery, replacing the material, a partial or full refund, or another fair resolution.

Natural Bulk-Material Variation

Bulk material can naturally vary in color, moisture, texture, density, and appearance. Normal variation isn't the wrong material and isn't grounds for a refund on its own — but if you believe what was delivered is materially different from what you ordered, reach out and we'll review it fairly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
