Builder Ready Dirt Work & Trash Hauling delivers bulk material by full tri-axle truckload to the Greater Austin area. We keep it simple: pick your material, enter your address, and we handle the rest.

We don't offer nationwide or parcel shipping, freight shipping, or customer pickup.

Local Delivery Only

Enter your address at checkout — the system will confirm whether you're in our delivery area. If it's approved, you're good to go. Outside the area? Call or text us at 737-867-9281 — we're often still able to work out a custom quote.

What's Included

Your price covers the material, one full tri-axle truckload, and delivery to an eligible address — no separate delivery fee at checkout.

It doesn't include spreading, grading, leveling, drainage work, cleanup, or haul-off. Just ask if you need any of that — we do it all the time and are happy to quote it.

Full Tri-Axle Dump Truck / Loose Cubic Yard Volume

1 Full Tri-Axle Dump Truck — approximately 15–16 loose cubic yards. Each truck is filled with three full passes from a commercial front-end loader, using a bucket rated at approximately 5 cubic yards of heaped capacity. Exact yardage can vary slightly by material — the specific approximate volume for the product you're ordering is listed on that product's page.

Because bulk material is natural and loaded mechanically, final volume can vary slightly with moisture, density, and settling — that's normal, not a shortage.

Order Timeframe

We process orders same-day and deliver within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. After checkout, we'll call or text to lock in the delivery spot and schedule. Weather or unsafe site access may push the date — we'll always reach out first.

What We Need From You

This is the #1 way to avoid a delayed delivery — double-check it at checkout.

Truck Access

Our trucks need at least 14 ft of vertical clearance, 10 ft of horizontal clearance, and firm, level ground clear of power lines, branches, and vehicles. Final placement is at the driver's discretion — if a spot isn't safe, we'll refuse, limit, or relocate the drop.

Dump Location

You (or someone on-site) choose and approve the dump location. Once approved, that's where it goes. Moving or spreading it afterward isn't included unless quoted separately.

If a Delivery Can't Be Completed

Blocked access, locked gates, unstable ground, or missing instructions can stop a delivery. If that happens, waiting time, return trip, or redelivery fees may apply — we'll always explain any charge before rescheduling.

Call or text 737-867-9281 for a custom flat-rate quote. We can often still make it work.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel before the truck loads for a full refund. Once loaded, the sale is final — unless we delivered the wrong material. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
